Final Week for 2018 - Christmas NY Break
From the Salsa latina team, We wish you a Merry Christmas! This is our last week for the year and we will have a 2 week break over Christmas & NY. Most dance classes will stop from the 23rd of December and most classes will start back & re continue, from the 7th Jan 2019. Each Class is different so please always check our timetable.
Most social Latin dance nights will still be running over the holiday period, including Casa Publica Thurdays Latin Night & Latin Beach Parties. You can see the whole Calendar of classes & events on our time table week by week here >
Salsa Night Fever Party THIS Saturday + Free Kizomba Class
Our last Studio party for the year with pure social dancing all night (Salsa, Bachata & Kizomba) and a Free Kizomba class for anyone to try to kick off the night. If you come for the class you get Free Entry all night. ! Everyone welcome, so invite your friends!

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE PRACTICING
I love to dance, but I don’t always love practicing. Practicing is hard. It requires resilience and tenacity. You must be willing to try something and fail, and then get up and try it again and again. It is equal parts physical and emotional work, and sometimes I don’t feel like putting in the effort to do that work. Especially after a long day at the office. I’ve learned, however, that consistent practice is incredibly important to becoming a better dancer, so even on days like these I try not to skip rehearsal or a solo-practice session. Here are a few tips and tricks I use to motivate myself to get to the studio even on those days when all I really want to do is come home, sit on the couch, and watch Netflix all night.. read on>
